- XR to register for rights issue : 3 Dec 2010
- Commencement of “nil-paid” rights trading period: 8 Dec 2010
- Close of “nil-paid” rights trading period: 16 Dec 2010
- Close of rights issue: 22 Dec 2010
- Expected date of issue of rights units: 30 Dec 2010
- Completion of the MRCCC Acquisition and the SHLC acquisition: 31 Dec 2010
- Commencement of trading of rights units: 31 Dec 2010

I love your blog, stumbled upon it goggling for first REIT info. Great content! Had a few questions on the rights issue timing, hope you can help.
Does this mean if I buy the REIT now I'll get the rights entitlement only after dec 3rd?
When would I need to pay for the rights to convert to shares? After dec 17? Can I apply for access rights through the ATM too?

The price recently dropped to around 0.7+, is this a reflection of the rights shares in the market?
so how about the date of 31/12/2010. will the share price drop furthur?
